Collecting never went easier.As early as 1898, Kaspar Faber laid the foundations for todays company and produced in Bad Kissingen fifteen types of sausage and two types of ham, which his esteemed customers mouthed so that the curious authorities soon appointed him royal court purveyor. From 1931, Kaspar Fabers nephew Karl Faber and his wife Hilde successfully continued the butchery until it was taken over by son Bernd Faber and his wife Gretl, both master butchers, in 1972 to lead the forty-year era of tireless construction into dynamic decades of modernization and expansion that lasts until today.Since the beginning of 2005, Thomas Faber has been the fourth generation in the company. The graduated economist and trained chef is now responsible for the various business areas of the company.
